What is milestone-merch?
Milestone is a concept where the sales promotors can achieve a certain rank based on how many subscriptions they sell. Every year all the promotors start at zero subscriptions. During that year, they try to get to the highest rank as soon as possible. When passing each level, you get custom made merchandise that comes with that level. The artwork on the merchandise is unique and gets remade each year for each rank.
For whom?
The salespromtors of Hot Networkz. Mainly gen-z and male.
Assignment
Design a new merchandise line with unique artwork that will motivate the promotors to sell more subscription. So they must like the style and fit.
Limitations
Due to budget, I can only use one colour within my designs and are limited in my choice of clothing.

I am an in-house designer at Hot Networkz, and I illustrated the whole milestones-merchandise by myself.

What is hotshop-merch?
Promotors can earn points during their work. These points can be spent in the hotshop. This is a online shop and contains merchandise of the company. The clothing plays into the lifestyle part of the job. Where you casually hang with your friends after work.
